Betty and Veronica #174
☆ Be the first to review + Add to your collection — Join freeRiverdale's Home Economics class is clearly not going according to plan in this 2002 installment of Betty and Veronica — the cover by Jeff Shultz and Henry Scarpelli shows Veronica sampling something suspiciously while clutching a fire extinguisher, as an aproned Betty cheerfully urges her to "think positive," with a tray of fresh-baked cookies on the counter and a wide-eyed Archie looking on from the foreground. It's a warm, funny snapshot of the girls' endearingly mismatched partnership in the kitchen, celebrating Archie Comics' 60th anniversary in fine style. Fans of lighthearted Riverdale comedy will find plenty to enjoy here.
