Beavis & Butt-Head #8
☆ Be the first to review + Add to your collection — Join freeMarvel's mid-'90s partnership with MTV produced some genuinely fun comics, and issue #8 is a great example of the series firing on all cylinders. Rick Parker's cover captures Beavis sprinting along railroad tracks in his "Death Rock" tee, cape billowing dramatically behind him, while a locomotive numbered 9020 bears down — with Butt-Head perched up top muttering "Huh-huh, this is cool!" Beavis's speech bubble boasting he's "faster than a speeding train, or whatever" perfectly nails the duo's dimwitted bravado, making this a thoroughly entertaining snapshot of America's favorite animated slackers in comic book form.
