Rick Parker's cover for this June 1995 issue sets up the duo's April Fools' mayhem perfectly: Butt-Head perches atop a toilet with a plunger raised high, coaching a soaking-wet Beavis — whose head is wedged in the bowl — to hold off on shouting the punchline until just the right moment. The speech bubble captures their half-baked scheming in classic fashion, while a strip of supporting characters lines the left edge looking variously baffled and horrified. It's a wonderfully gross snapshot of the kind of lowbrow slapstick that made MTV's Beavis and Butt-Head such a cultural touchstone of the mid-'90s.
