Part two of "To Drown the World" arrives with a cover that places Batwoman — red hair blazing, crimson cape billowing — in a haunting underwater tableau, her fists raised as she hovers amid dark seaweed, drifting fish, and floating silver orbs. Looming in the foreground is the enormous, grimacing face of a monstrous figure rising from below, lending the scene a genuine sense of scale and dread. Amy Reeder's cover art for this May 2012 New 52 entry is a vivid, atmospheric showcase for one of DC's most visually distinctive titles.
