Batman has been keeping secrets about a mystery involving a mysterious metal. Batman rescues a scientist from a secret base in the Bermuda Triangle to retrieve the data he has collected on the metal. Ganthet assigns Hal Jordan to investigate. Hal infiltrates the Batcave and, along with Duke Thomas, finds that Batman has a hidden chamber in the Batcave with hidden secrets. Hawkman is also trying to solve the mystery of the metal. Batman compares notes with Mr. Terrific who has been working for him, and then travels to the Fortress of Solitude to retrieve a secret he has hidden there.
