Batman infiltrates the operation, posing as a contributor to track down hardened criminals who’ve slipped through the law’s grasp. Written by David Vern and illustrated by Bob Kane and Lew Sayre Schwartz, with inks by Charles Paris, this 1978 issue features a cover by Ernie Chan and José Luis García-López.
