Batman '66 Meets Steed and Mrs. Peel #5

The penultimate chapter of this groovy crossover brings together two of pop culture's most beloved spy-meets-superhero universes, and Michael Allred's cover captures the energy perfectly. Batman dominates the foreground in a wide, dynamic stance with his cape spread like wings, while the dapper bowler-hatted Steed stands cool and composed to the left and the leather-clad Mrs. Peel delivers a high kick to the right — Robin and a scattering of schoolgirls visible in the background amid swirling, mod-colored scenery. With writing by Ian Edginton and interior art by Matthew Dow Smith and colorist Wendy Broome, this January 2017 DC/BOOM!
