The cover, a collaborative effort by Akira Toriyama, Eiichiro Oda, Masakazu Katsura, Yoshihiro Togashi, Hiroyuki Takei, and Katsuyoshi Nakatsuru, features dynamic, layered artwork inks by Toriyama and Oda.
