In "Powerless," the Avengers Academy grapples with the fallout of a viral video showing the Hood's attack on Tigra, forcing Tigra and Giant-Man to track down its source while Striker, Hazmat, and Veil take matters into their own hands against the now-powerless Hood. As tensions rise and the Hood vows revenge, Tigra makes a tough call that permanently expels the rebel teens from the Academy.
