When Atomic Mouse attends a global peace conference, Count Gatto seizes the opportunity to unleash a genie he's discovered—one willing to grant wishes in exchange for power over Mouseville. As the count squanders his magical wishes on wealth and ultimately crowns himself king, Atomic Mouse picks up on the chaos back home and races to confront both the tyrant and his supernatural ally. With Mouseville under the genie's thrall, our hero must find a way to break the spell before Count Gatto's reign becomes permanent.

In "null," Atomic Mouse faces off against Count Gatto, who manipulates the people of Planet XYZ into ferrying him to Earth and stealing spaceship blueprints. Once in possession of the plans, Gatto deceives Professor Invento into constructing a vessel he intends to use for criminal schemes.

When a strength-testing contest comes to Mouseville, Atomic Mouse's archfoe Count Gatto hatches a scheme to steal the U-235 pills that fuel our hero's incredible powers. But the Little Atoms have other plans, and when Atomic Mouse awakens to find his pills gone—and Gatto growing dangerously strong—a spectacular showdown at the fairgrounds awaits to prove just who deserves the title of world's strongest!
