Atomic Mouse encounters Count Gatto, a ventriloquist villain who uses a dummy and dynamite as part of a scheme to menace Mouseville. Atomic Mouse must stop Count Gatto's plot while the villain attempts to silence him. The story culminates at a carnival where Count Gatto challenges Atomic Mouse to a fight, ultimately losing and paying out five dollars to the victorious hero.
