“Whispering Machines”

In "Whispering Machines," Danger leads Emma Frost on a high-stakes mission aboard the Secret Avengers' quincarrier to rescue an electronic soul trapped in a digital realm. Written by James Asmus and illustrated by David Yardin and Gabriel Hernández Walta, with inks by Norman Lee and Gabriel Hernández Walta, and colors by Rachelle Rosenberg, the issue blends psychological tension with sleek, tech-driven visuals. The cover by Arthur Adams captures the eerie, high-tech atmosphere perfectly.

Danger convinces Emma to help her sneak aboard the Secret Avengers' quincarrier to free an electronic soul who has been calling out for help. The soul she finds, however, is Machinesmith who tries to tempt her in the virtual world while trying to take over her body in the physical world.
