When Weasel Williams catches wind of the plan, Archie gets wind of it too, setting off a series of mischievous attempts to throw off the pranksters. Written and illustrated by Bob Bolling, with a cover by Dan DeCarlo, this 1969 classic delivers a lighthearted, clever twist on classic Archie-style humor.
In "The Ghostest with the Mostest," Archie finds himself the unwitting star of a prank orchestrated by Jughead and the crew of the "Sneeky-Peeky" TV show, all set to unfold in a supposedly haunted house. With the whole setup planned for a Candid Camera-style reveal, Archie isn’t about to go down without a fight—leading to a series of clever (and hilariously awkward) attempts to throw off the pranksters.
In "All for Who?", Archie suggests forming a trio like the Three Musketeers with Betty and Veronica, but Veronica twists the idea into a way to push Betty aside—leaving the trio’s future as uncertain as ever.
In "Quiet Zone," Archie finds himself stuck at home under his father’s strict orders to help his mother with chores instead of hanging out at the Lodge. When Archie brings Jughead, Betty, and Veronica along to keep him company, their usual antics turn the house into a noisy battleground—especially for his dad, who just wants some peace.
In "Gasser," Archie swaps his usual high school antics for a night shift at Mr. Lodge’s Dreggs gas station in Cricket Corners, where the only regulars are Betty and a very unusual visitor—a flying saucer in need of a fuel top-up. With a mix of small-town charm and out-of-this-world oddity, the story spins a quiet, whimsical tale of routine and surprise.
