Archie's Pal Jughead Comics #143

Jughead's legendary appetite knows no obstacles — as this cover by Rex W. Lindsey gleefully demonstrates, with our crown-capped hero having burst straight through a cafeteria door (tray in hand, naturally) rather than let anything stand between him and a meal. A stunned janitor, an indignant cafeteria worker, and a blonde student mid-burger all witness the damage, while Jughead's speech bubble asks with cheerful obliviousness, "Vere's da cafeteria door dat's stuck?" It's a wonderfully absurd snapshot of Riverdale life, perfectly suited to this 2002 installment of Archie's Pal Jughead Comics.
