Archie's Pal Jughead #81
In "Where's Charlie?", Jughead's latest science experiment takes a bizarre turn when a red, jelly-like substance comes to life—mimicking his friends in outline form and going on a rampage through the lunchroom, devouring every bite in sight. With Samm Schwartz bringing the chaotic fun to life, this 1962 classic captures the absurd charm of Archie's Pal Jughead in a story where even the glue might be watching.

Jughead is experimenting to find a way to dissolve strong glues. Instead he gets a jelly-like red blob that takes on a life of its own. It imitates the kids (in outline) and devours all the food in sight. Eventually, it tries to imitate Archie and Veronica "in a clinch" and strangles itself (off-panel.)
