Archie's Pal Jughead #10
In "To Sea or Not To Sea," Jughead’s well-intentioned efforts to keep the sidewalk safe backfire in classic fashion, leading to a series of increasingly chaotic mishaps involving a slippery path, a grumpy police officer, and a trio of ill-fated fixes. George Frese handles both art and inks for the story, bringing the slapstick chaos to life, while Bill Vigoda’s cover captures the scene’s escalating absurdity.

To avoid problems with the law, Jughead throws ashes on the slippery sidewalk, but he accidentally throws them on a police officer who had just slipped. Jughead and his Uncle Herman put an awning over the sidewalk to prevent snow falling on it, but it splits and drops snow on the same police officer. Their last attempt is to run hot water over it to melt the ice, but that just makes it slippery again as the police officer runs over it.
