☆ Be the first to review + Add to your collection — Join freeBetty strikes a glamorous pose in a red dress before a large camera, and the cover's speech bubble gag — Archie and Veronica debating whether she's aiming for a magazine or a manhole cover — delivers that signature Riverdale wit right from the opening panel. Harry Lucey's pencils give Betty effortless charm while Archie's grinning obliviousness and Veronica's sharp retort perfectly capture the trio's playful dynamic. For a dime in 1959, this issue served up breezy humor and sunny small-town charisma that made Betty and Veronica such a dependable delight.
