Dressed in a borrowed women’s skating outfit, he ends up being crowned the winner—much to the principal’s confusion and Jughead’s quiet delight.

In "On the Ball," Mr. Weatherbee’s attempt to stop Jughead and the gang from throwing snowballs on school property backfires when he accidentally ignites a full-scale snowball fight with the faculty—turning the principal into the unexpected center of the chaos. The story captures the classic Archie humor with its mix of mischievous teens and exasperated adults, all caught in a winter-wrapped prank war that spirals far beyond the playground.
