Archie... Archie Andrews, Where Are You? Comics Digest Magazine #64
In "Fishing Tripped Up," Reggie’s summer plans take a bizarre turn when a school-provided telescope becomes the unlikely tool of a mystery he didn’t ask for. Settling in to watch the sunbathers at a distant yacht club, he accidentally stumbles upon a robbery—only to be accused of being a peeping-tom when the crime is reported. Written by Rich Margopoulos and illustrated by Stan Goldberg, with inks by Rudy Lapick and colors by Barry Grossman, this 1989 tale from Comics Digest Magazine #64 captures the classic Archie charm with a twist of accidental heroism. The cover, by Dan DeCarlo and Jim DeCarlo, perfectly captures the lighthearted tension of the moment.
