The world reacts when Aquaman turns up alive, as he returns to Amnesty Bay with the old sea gods who are seeking a new home. Wonder Woman arrives to welcome Arthur home, and learns of his reluctance to reunite with Mera. In Atlantis, Mera, whose pregnancy is now known, is being pressured to marry. Vulko learns that Arthur is alive and reveals the news to Mera assuming she will choose to wed him, but is surprised when Mera chooses another path. Arthur gets a call for help from an unexpected source. Meanwhile, Lex Luthor makes an offer to Black Manta.
