Ant-Man #4

Few comics nail a Miami Vice-flavored vibe quite like this Mark Brooks cover, which plants Ant-Man — helmet on, white suit open at the chest — casually leaning against a gleaming yellow sports car beside a towering, bear-headed figure in a dark blazer, palm trees and neon-lit hotel facades glowing behind them. The pastel-and-purple logo treatment ties the whole sun-soaked, late-night atmosphere together perfectly. Nick Spencer and Ramon Rosanas bring the story, but Brooks's cover alone makes issue #4 feel like the coolest TV show Marvel never made.
