American Virgin #3 arrives in July 2006 as part three of the four-chapter "Head" arc, with writing by Steven T. Seagle and interior art by Becky Cloonan and Jim Rugg. Frank Quitely's cover delivers a quietly unsettling image: a young, dark-haired figure — naked and vulnerable — clasped tightly within an enormous, oversized fist, his legs dangling free while his expression remains almost eerily calm.
