The penultimate chapter of Scott Snyder and Rafael Albuquerque's DC Black Label miniseries arrives with a cover that's all moody restraint — a lone, top-hatted figure in a long coat strides cane-in-hand through a mist-shrouded tunnel of bare, skeletal trees, while a second shadowy presence lurks at the edge of the darkness.
