This anthology issue features stories centered on espionage and international intrigue. In one story, Dr. Clark's assistant develops an "Electrosorber" weapon intended to make future wars impossible, but spies and criminals seek to steal the device for their own purposes. In another story, Doc Strange encounters Japanese agents and children while en route to California, discovering an undercover operation involving Allied forces. The issue also includes a story about a secret United Nations conference discussing the atomic bomb as a weapon of peace, where security personnel must guard against sabotage by those who would compromise the proceedings.
