Ripley und ihre Crew reisen zur Heimatwelt der Aliens, um die Alien Königinmutter zu fangen. Die Besatzung wird bald von Aliens angegriffen und strandet, während ihr gepanzerter Mannschaftstransporter auf eine nukleare Kernschmelze zusteuert.
