Few images in Marvel's 2022 Alien run are as quietly unsettling as this cover by Marc Aspinall — a Xenomorph egg, luminous and half-open, nestled in straw among a cluster of oblivious chickens as if it belongs right there in the henhouse. The contrast between the mundane farmyard setting and that unmistakably deadly silhouette is deeply effective, making the familiar suddenly feel very, very wrong. Phillip Kennedy Johnson and Salvador Larroca continue "Revival," and if this cover is any indication, the horror here is going to be patient, grounded, and all the more frightening for it.
