The third chapter of this six-part WildStorm series brings together Alan Moore, Leah Moore, and John Reppion for a story set against a distinctly British backdrop — and Dave Gibbons delivers a cover that stops you cold: an enormous, bloodshot eye fills the frame with unsettling intensity, its crimson sclera and wide-open pupil suggesting something watched, or watching, under tremendous strain. Subtitled "Eye of the Hurricane," the image perfectly captures the sense of pressure building at the midpoint of the series, with Shane Oakley and George Freeman bringing the interior pages to life.
