Airboy crash lands in Point Barrow, Alaska, and is rescued by the sightless people. Soon, all are attacked by the Ice-Incas, but they are cleverly avoided, and Airboy is taken to the tropical Hidden Valley, the village of the sightless ones. Here he is asked to help co-ordinate an attack on the Ice-Incas...but a wary Airboy eventually discovers that the Ice-Incas really are villains.
