In a tale to locate the famed von Emmelman jeweled neckband, as related by the jewel thief himself, this criminal tells of how three noted jewel thieves met in a waterfront warehouse to discuss this jeweled neckband, which was to be hidden away with a series of obstacles in place for future thief to try and overcome after their deaths. The future thief who succeeds in discovering its location will earn the title of "Master Jewel Thief". Yet this thief, although he succeeds, finds out that crime does not pay, especially when the Heap is involved!
