Part of Marvel's 2010 "Heroic Age" initiative, this second issue of the four-part Age of Heroes limited series spotlights a vibrant ensemble of Marvel's street-level and cosmic characters. Takeshi Miyazawa's cover assembles a dynamic crowd scene — featuring a blue-and-white costumed hero front and center alongside a diverse cast including a red-skinned figure, armored characters, and a green-clad woman — capturing the optimistic, forward-charging spirit the Heroic Age promised. With Sean McKeever writing and David Baldeón on interior art, "...Who Needs Gravity?" sounds like exactly the kind of adventurous, character-driven story this fresh era was built for.
