Superman continues monitoring (and controlling) the whole world with his robots. He learns Lexcorp is making synthetic Kryptonite and throws the top of the LexCorp building into space. The police come after Superman for his attack on Luthor, and Outburst has to resolve a standoff. The JLA decides they have to stop Superman.
