From the KaBoom! stable comes this first issue of a six-part Adventure Time miniseries, "Sour Problems in Sweet Town," with writers Yuko Ota and Ananth Panagariya alongside artist and inker Ian McGinty, colorist Maarta Laiho, and letterer Hannah Nance Partlow. The cover by Josceline Fenton sets a delightfully suspicious tone: a round, wide-eyed candy figure in a witch's hat creeps through a doorway alongside a dark, sharp-featured companion, while a sprawling Princess Bubblegum lies in the foreground surrounded by scattered candies and sprinkles. It's a charming, slightly sneaky setup that promises plenty of candy-kingdom intrigue for fans of the beloved cartoon.
