Three scientists have kept their ship at sea for ten years without docking at any port. Aquaman finds the explanation to be a giant unstopable amoeba which the scientists created a decade ago. To release it would destroy the world by absorbing all life in its proximity, but Aquaman finally lures it into radioactive waters, which turn it inert.
