Superboy saves a family whose small craft has sunk in a hurricane, and hurries them to Dr. Blythe when they discover their infant son has a serious fracture. Superboy is forced to then play many roles in town after electricity is knocked out and telephone lines are down, making contact with a famed surgeon impossible...the only one who can tell Dr. Blythe how to perform the necessary operation!
