In "Who's Who on Cobra Island," Ripcord—disguised as Zartan—finds himself captured at the new Cobra base on Cobra Island, where his cover begins to unravel when Professor Appel spots Candy’s photo on him. As Action Force launches a search and rescue, they pull Ripcord from danger, only to face suspicion from Spirit, who notices the wound doesn’t match the real Zartan’s. Just as Snake-Eyes and Storm Shadow close in on their target—the man they believe killed the Hard Master—Appel activates the experimental minifighter, turning the tide in a moment of high-stakes confusion.
