Superman and his team face the Doomslayer, who wants to kill all Doomsdays and anything that can spawn a Doomsday - including Earth. The team must slow down Doomslayer's ship to keep it from destroying the Earth. They succeed, but Doomslayer unleashes Doomsdays on Earth to destroy the Earth so it will quit making Doomsdays.
