Dr. Psycho is on an airplane flying to Metropolis and mind-controls the passengers into becoming psycho Superman fans. Lois and Clark talk about recent events but are interrupted by Shrapnel's robbing of a bank robbery. Luthor calls Dr. Psycho and tells him that he was just supposed to observe, not engage. Psycho's minions interfere with Superman's efforts to stop Shrapnel. Luthor sends Black Adam to retrieve Dr. Psycho. Superman manages to defeat Shrapnel and confronts Dr. Psycho and Black Adam.
