The next generation of Avengers charges forward in A-Next #8, as a cover by Ron Frenz and Al Milgrom plunges Ant-Man and Stinger into a vast, tech-lined circular chamber while a hooded, masked villain looms ominously above them. The cover copy promises Stinger must team with Ant-Man to save Mainframe's life, and teases that Thunderstrike, American Dream, and Crimson Curse are squaring off against an all-new super-menace. DeFalco and Frenz are clearly keeping the whole roster busy in this 1999 installment of Marvel's MC2 universe — a fine pickup for anyone who enjoys their hero teams with a fresh, forward-looking spin.
