In this pivotal issue of 21, Scraps confronts a startling truth: he’s not in his own time, but in a future where every piece of metal is molecularly tagged and traceable. When he reveals the presence of untaged metal from his arrival—along with the mysterious 21—the resistance springs into action, only to discover the metal has been moved. Now, tracking it down leads them straight to an unexpected reunion with 18. Written by Len Wein and Marc Silvestri, with interior art by Billy Tan Mung Khoy and inks by D-Tron, Jose Guillen, and John DiRito, and a striking cover by Billy Tan Mung Khoy and D-Tron, this issue deepens the mystery of the timeline with precision and tension.
