2099 A.D. #1

Marvel's 2099 A.D. #1 (1995) brings together the heroes of the future line in one oversized special, with a cover by Joe Quesada and Jimmy Palmiotti that immediately commands attention. A massive, crackling dark-cloaked figure looms dominantly over the composition, while below, a red-suited Spider-Man 2099 and at least one other fallen or crouching figure are dwarfed beneath that billowing cape — the sense of threat is palpable and the foil-enhanced logo adds real visual punch.
