Prog 860 of 2000 AD hits newsstands in November 1993 with a cover by Nigel Dobbyn that's hard to look away from — a wild-haired, skeletal-chested figure snarls against a dark web-like backdrop, all claws and barely contained menace, tagged with the ominous banner "Hellbound: Feral Put Down in Strontium Dogs!"
