Judge Dredd astride his Lawmaster bike levels a pointed finger at a massive moving vehicle — its occupant peering nervously from an upper window — while declaring "Travelling Willburys… you're BUSTED!" in this May 1989 issue of Britain's beloved weekly anthology. The cover, pencilled and inked by Colin MacNeil, captures the gleeful absurdity that makes 2000 AD such a distinctive read, teasing the "Moving Violation!" story within. With Alan Grant writing and Colin MacNeil on interior art as well, Prog 628 looks like a satisfying package front to back.
