These children are already receiving the quar- terly allowance made to them from the funds supplied by Lire’s readers. The list reaches us too late for use in this issue, but the names will be printed as rapidly as space allows, and will be transmitted to subscribers as soon as they can be prepared for the mail. We must beg our read- ers to be patient in view cf the large amount of detail work involved. Persons who wish to send comforts to the children as- signed to them can do so by observing the following direc- tions : Make two lists of the contents of the package, One should be enclosed in the package, and the other mailed, at the time the package is sent, together with the name and address of the Yerson for whom the package is intended, to the offices of * The War Relief Clearing House.” 40 Wall Street, New York City.
