I write this protest in view of my experience of Live's usual fair-mind- 9 edness, and under the circumstances cannot forbear pointing out that, put- ting aside the question of fairness, it cannot but be considered bad policy for an American paper to take a crit- ical view of another nation’s marriage laws when the terrible prevalency of divorce in the United States is called to mind.
