Fixed in a Few Minutes The Fritchle 100-Mile Electric started from Lincoln, Neb, late in November for Washinj ton, D.C pst direct route, through the’ Allegheny regardless of road conditions or charging facilities. When the car reached Chicago, plastered with mud, the Good- year Long Distance Tires, with which it was equipped, still contained undiluted Lincoln air. Thirty miles east of Chicago a wire nail caused a stop of a few minutes while a new inner tube was put in. Aside from this no trouble was encountered. Then in New York State the always stony roads were made more difficult for a large part of the way by extensive repairs in process.
