CONSTANTINOPLE, December 4, via BUCHAREST, Decem- ber 5.—A dispatch to the United Press s the Globe to-morrow will print a report that the Novoe Vremya has received a telegram from Erzeroum stating that an Armenian, while milking a goat near Bangbang, was addressed by a Kurd, who said, kurtly: “How do I get to Bushbush ?" he Armenian replied : “ Being a Kurd, you ought to know the whey.” Whereupon the Kurd exclaimed : “ Silence, unbeliever!
