Conde Bahia (Brazilian Pulp Magazine)

· November 1963

This document is a Project 10073 record card (ATIC Form 329), a UFO sighting report form, not a pulp magazine. It documents a single incident from 1963 in which a large metallic globe allegedly landed in the middle of a town, with a man observed inside. The object made a hole in the street but remained intact. The investigation concluded the case was fabricated and reported in newspapers without factual basis. The form includes checkboxes for classification—balloon, aircraft, or astronomical phenomena—with the evaluator selecting "Unknown" or indicating insufficient data. The remainder of the document is heavily degraded OCR with illegible text blocks, preventing recovery of additional case details or documentation.
