The object appeared to maneuver at varying altitudes and speeds up to 75 mph, and the officers detected motor-like sounds. When officers directed spotlights at it, the object allegedly responded with flashing red and white lights. Additional civilian witnesses—including nurses, residents, and farmworkers—corroborated observations of similarly described lights in the sky during the same period.
