This is not a pulp magazine issue but an Air Force record card from Project 10073 (the U.S. Air Force's UFO investigation program, later known as Project Blue Book). The document is an ATIC Form 329, dated October 1, 1963, reporting a UFO sighting observation. A commercial aircraft (Airline Flight 60) observed what appeared to be a satellite for 5-6 minutes while traveling south, located at coordinates 20-20N 172-40W. The object resembled a star. The form classifies the sighting under multiple evaluation categories—possibly astronomical, possibly balloon, possibly aircraft—and marks it as having insufficient data for definitive evaluation. The report was retransmitted to the CIA with advance copies distributed to DIA, NIN, and other military intelligence agencies.
