Tupeia antarctica Cham. & Schltdl.

· Collected 1773, Charlotte Sound, New Zealand

This is a herbarium specimen sheet, not a cartoon or caricature. It shows pressed and mounted branches of Tupeia antarctica, a New Zealand mistletoe, collected at Charlotte Sound in 1773—likely during Cook's second voyage. The sheet bears a Natural History Museum, London accession label, a color-calibration scale, and a handwritten locality note attributing collection to Anderson. No satirical imagery, printmaking tradition, or caricature content is present. A wall label for a comic-art exhibition cannot honestly be written from this object. To do so would require fabricating content the image does not contain.
